为探讨百白破混合制剂接种反应的因素 ,1999年 1月～ 11月期间 ,对在滨州地区计划免疫接种门诊、村接种点接受百白破混合制剂接种的适龄儿童进行了反应情况调查。调查分析发现 ,百白破混合制剂接种反应与接种季节、接种人员技术、接种对象的月龄等方面有着密切的关系。建议采取以下措施 :加强冷链管理 ,保证疫苗质量 ,优化接种现场环境 ;提高接种人员技术 ,做到接种安全有效 ;认真耐心地宣传教育 ,使群众了解反应的原因 ,以便正确处理 ,以免造成家长心理压力等对策 ,减少反应发生率。
In order to explore the factors of inoculation reaction of the Baibu mixture, the response survey was conducted among the school-age children in the planned immunization clinic and inoculation sites of Baibaban mixture in Binzhou area from January to November 1999. The investigation and analysis found that the reaction of baibaban mixture preparation was closely related to the seasons of inoculation, technicians of vaccination, age of inoculation and so on. Proposed to take the following measures: to strengthen the management of cold chain to ensure the quality of vaccines, vaccination site environment optimization; improve vaccination technology, vaccination safe and effective; carefully and patiently publicity and education so that people understand the reasons for the reaction in order to properly handle, so as not to cause parents Psychological pressure and other measures to reduce the incidence of reactions.
