对9Cr18钢经Ti~+离子注入后又使用脉冲强流电子束进行了表面辐照处理,用AES分析了注入层的成分,考查了电子束处理前后的硬度,并讨论了脉冲强流电子束对离子注入金属材料表面成分产生辐照增强扩散的影响。
The surface of the 9Cr18 steel was irradiated with Ti ~ + ions and then irradiated by pulsed high current electron beam. The composition of the implanted layer was analyzed by AES. The hardness before and after electron beam treatment was investigated.
