目的探讨载脂蛋白B(apoB)基因EcoRI和MspI位点多态性与颈As、血脂代谢的关系。方法用二维超声测量97例颈As患者和68例健康者IMT及PI,PCR-RFLP技术检测apoB基因EcoRI、MspI多态性。结果(1)颈As组和对照组R-等位基因频率比较差异无统计学意义,但R-R-/R+R-基因型TG、TC、LDL-C、apoB显著高于R+R+基因型;(2)颈As组和对照组M-等位基因频率比较差异无统计学意义,M-M-/M+M-和M+M+基因型间TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、apoB、apoAI等比较差异无统计学意义。结论(1)ApoB基因EcoRI位点多态性与血脂代谢有明显关系,与颈As程度关系不明显。(2)ApoB基因MspI位点多态性与血脂代谢和颈As程度无明显关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphisms of EcoRI and MspI in apoB gene and cervical As and lipid metabolism. Methods Two hundred and seventy-eight patients with neck As and 68 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. The EcoRI and MspI polymorphisms of apoB gene were detected by IMT, PI and PCR-RFLP. Results (1) There was no significant difference in R-allele frequency between neck As group and control group, but TG, TC, LDL-C and apoB of RR- / R + R- genotype were significantly higher than those of R + R + genotype ; (2) There was no significant difference in M-allele frequency between neck As group and control group. The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and apoB in MM- / M + M- and M + M + , ApoAI and other differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion (1) ApoB gene EcoRI site polymorphism and lipid metabolism have a clear relationship, and the neck As degree is not obvious. (2) The MspI polymorphism of ApoB gene had no significant relationship with lipid metabolism and cervical As degree.
