一、学习型企业的领导者必须是能够融会贯通五项修炼的学习型人才 传统的企业领导者所专注的是给予员工明确的方向,率领大家一起追求共同目标。而彼得·圣吉认为,在学习型组织中,领导者所专注的是更奥妙及更重要的工作——担当设计师、仆人和教师。他们负责建立一种组织,能够让其它人不断增进了解、理清愿景和改善共同心智模式的能力,也就是说他们要对组织的学习负责。这就意味着学习型组织的领导者必须成为能够融会贯通五项修炼的学习型人才。
1. The leader of a learning enterprise must be a learning talent who can integrate five disciplines. Traditional enterprise leaders are focused on giving clear directions to employees and leading them together to pursue common goals. Peter Singer believes that in learning organizations, leaders are focused on more subtle and more important work - as designers, servants and teachers. They are responsible for establishing an organization that allows others to continuously improve their ability to understand, clarify, and improve the common mental model. This means that they are responsible for the organization’s learning. This means that the leader of the learning organization must become a learning talent who can integrate five disciplines.
