结合NSCT变换和方向信息测度在影像融合表达中的优势,针对GF1影像的特征,提出了多光谱波段与全色波段影像融合过程中采用基于NSCT变换域的方向信息测度融合方法。以GF1影像为源数据,通过NSCT多尺度多方向分解后,对低频系数使用基于区域灰度方差的融合方法,对高频系数采用了改进的方向信息测度加权融合方法,经NSCT逆变换重构影像实现融合。试验结果表明,基于NSCT变换和改进方向信息测度结合的融合方法能更好地保持多光谱影像的光谱信息和全色影像的空间信息,具有更多的细节特征及更清晰的边缘,因此提高了遥感影像的解译精度和解译效率,可为目标信息的提取应用提供支撑。
Combining the advantages of NSCT and directional information measure in the fusion of images, this paper proposes a fusion method based on NSCT transform domain for the fusion of multi-spectral bands and panchromatic bands based on the features of GF1 images. Taking the GF1 image as the source data, the multi-scale and multi-direction decomposition of the NSCT is used, the fusion method based on the regional gray variance is used for the low frequency coefficients, the improved direction information measurement weighted fusion method is used for the high frequency coefficients, and the NSCT inverse transform is used to reconstruct Image fusion. The experimental results show that the fusion method based on NSCT and improved measure of direction information can better preserve the spectral information of multispectral images and the spatial information of panchromatic images with more detail features and clearer edges, The accuracy of interpretation and interpretation efficiency of remote sensing images can provide support for the extraction of target information.
