In the 21 st century, high-tech serves as the foundation of competitiveness for the whole world, at the same time, intellectual property, especially the patent has become an effective means for an enterprise to participate in the international competition, and intellectual property is also the key strategic resource to gain competitive advantage. In effect, the competition amongst enterprises is mainly concerning the competition of patent technology. Those enterprises with a large number of high level professional powers gain the initiative edge of survival. Therefore, it is vital for the enterprise to adopt the patent protection and innovation strategy, so as to elevate the survival ability and competitiveness of an enterprise.
