主要阐述JBD622系列对旋风机叶轮主要气动参数的设计方法。为减小风机体积、提高压力系数,该系列风机采用了较大的轮毂比、较高的电机转速,并以此为风机初始设计参数。在轮毂比选择时采用了经验分析和计算中验证的方法。经过实际测试,设计点的风量、全压和实测值误差不超过5%。
Mainly describes JBD622 series of the main aerodynamic parameters of the impeller impeller design method.
