目的分析心理护理干预对改善复杂Stanford B型主动脉夹层腔内治疗患者预后及生命质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年6月期间血管外科采用腔内治疗36例复杂Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。在常规护理基础上进行有效的心理护理干预和帮助,调整患者的心理状态,使其更好地配合治疗与护理,减少并发症。结果通过心理护理干预,提高了患者应对疾病的能力。患者对医院环境熟悉,疼痛缓解,患者心率、血压等生理指标稳定在正常范围。患者紧张、焦虑、恐惧的心理消失,大小便通畅,围手术期状态改善。36例患者情绪稳定,腔内治疗均获成功,成功率100%。36例患者均获得随访,随访率100%,随访时间1年。结论重视复杂Stanford B型主动脉夹层的腔内治疗期间心理护理可提高疗效和减少并发症,提升身心健康,使其具备良好的生理、心理和社会适应能力,提高满意度和医疗服务质量,改善患者的抑郁状态和生命质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the prognosis and quality of life in patients with complicated Stanford type B aortic dissection. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with complicated Stanford type B aortic dissection treated by endovascular therapy from January 2010 to June 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. On the basis of routine nursing intervention and effective psychological care interventions to adjust the psychological state of patients to make it better with the treatment and care to reduce complications. The results through psychological nursing interventions, improve the patient’s ability to respond to the disease. Patients are familiar with the hospital environment, pain relief, patient heart rate, blood pressure and other physiological indicators stabilized in the normal range. Patients nervous, anxious, fear of psychological disappearance, smooth urine, perioperative status improved. 36 patients with emotional stability, endovascular treatment were successful, the success rate of 100%. Thirty-six patients were followed up with 100% follow-up for 1 year. Conclusions The importance of psychosocial care during endovascular treatment of complex Stanford type B aortic dissection can improve efficacy and reduce complications, enhance physical and mental health, enable them to have good physical, psychological and social adaptability, improve satisfaction and medical service quality, improve Depression and quality of life of patients.
