桂枝加附子汤由桂枝汤加附子而成方,《伤寒论》有“太阳病,发汗,遂漏不止,其人恶风,小便难,四肢微急,难以屈伸”(20条)条文。伤寒论主要用于误汗而致阴阳两虚(主要是阳虚)_的汗漏不止。笔者在临证时发现,本方不但治阳虚汗漏神效,用于治疗慢性头痛、小儿遗尿、盗汗属于阳虚者 Guizhi plus Fuzitang is made of Guizhi Tonga Fuzi. The “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” has “Some diseases of the sun, sweating, leaking, and its evil wind, difficulty in urinating, slight extremities, difficult to flex” (20 articles). The typhoid fever theory is mainly used for sweating, resulting in yin and yang deficiency (mainly yang deficiency). The author found in the clinical trial that this party not only cures the yang deficiency sweat and loses its effect. It is used to treat chronic headache, pediatric enuresis, and night sweats.
