目的观察当归多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血模型大鼠血常规及免疫、抗氧化功能的影响。方法将SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性对照组(力蛮能20 mg/kg),当归多糖铁低(15 mg/kg)、中(30 mg/kg)、高(60 mg/kg)剂量组,采用缺铁饮食加定期少量放血的复合方法复制缺铁性贫血模型。造模成功后,正常组给予正常饲料并饮用自来水,模型组及各治疗组继续给予低铁饲料并饮用去离子水。连续给药20 d后,测定大鼠的血常规,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及胸腺、脾脏指数。结果当归多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血模型大鼠具有显著的治疗作用,可升高模型大鼠外周血中的血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数及红细胞压积,降低血小板计数(P<0.05);当归多糖铁复合物可明显升高缺铁性贫血模型大鼠的脾脏和胸腺指数(P<0.05);当归多糖铁复合物高剂量可明显升高模型大鼠血清SOD活性(P<0.05)。结论当归多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血的治疗作用明显,并且能够改善缺铁性贫血模型大鼠的器官免疫功能及抗氧化防御系统功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Angelica polysaccharide iron complex on blood routine, immune and anti-oxidation in iron deficiency anemia model rats. Methods SPF Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive control group (20mg / kg of brines), low (15 mg / kg) (60 mg / kg), the model of iron deficiency anemia was duplicated by a combination of iron deficiency diet and regular small amount of bleeding. After successful modeling, the normal group was given normal feed and drinking tap water. The model group and each treatment group continued to receive low iron feed and deionized water. After continuous administration for 20 days, blood routine, serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and thymus and spleen index were determined. Results Angelica sinensis polysaccharide iron complex has a significant therapeutic effect on iron deficiency anemia model rats, which can increase the hemoglobin content, erythrocyte count and hematocrit in the peripheral blood of the model rats and reduce the platelet count (P <0.05); Angelica sinensis The polysaccharide iron complex could significantly increase the spleen and thymus index of iron deficiency anemia model rats (P <0.05); Angelica polysaccharide iron complex high dose can significantly increase the serum SOD activity of model rats (P <0.05). Conclusion Angelica polysaccharides iron complex treatment of iron deficiency anemia significantly, and can improve iron deficiency anemia in rat organ immune function and antioxidant defense system.
