本文阐述了0.4%甲烷磺酸乙酯(EMS),0.003、0.005M叠氮化钠(NaN3)浸种,γ射线慢照射活体植株等技术,是拓宽蛋白质含量变异,获得高蛋白大豆优良种质的有效途径。创造出一些如90—3525、91—3131、91—3135等蛋白质含量46—48%,抗病性,产量等农业性状兼优的新品系和类型。
