艺术生产的特殊性、资源约束、需求环境、市场竞争是驱动非营利艺术院团管理创新的主要因素。创新型非营利剧院与管理型非营利剧院在组织结构、战略、领导与组织文化等管理创新方面具有不同的特征与路径:创新型非营利剧院松散而高效的组织架构与魅力型领导强大的精神凝聚力结合在一起,有利于组织内部信息的传递与分享,有利于艺术目标的实现。管理型非营利剧院强调管理的规范有序和对艺术品质的高质量控制,管理创新的目的是维持组织运行的平滑性。管理创新是组织核心竞争力的重要组成部分,并对非营利剧院可持续发展发挥支撑作用。
