为了对分层采气工艺的配产方法进行系统研究,首次把可同时考虑多目标、多约束条件的多目标优化配产方法应用到分层采气工艺上。结合涩北气田的实际情况,对于3层油管分采工艺,可以认为天然气从储层到井底的流动是多压力系统(相当于多井生产),从井底到井口的流动是单压力系统(相当于单井生产),以产气量最大、稳产期最长、稳产期产出程度最大作为优化目标,建立了多目标优化模型,并给出了模型求解方法。应用实例表明,分层采气多目标优化模型配产方法尽管求解过程复杂,但方法可行,结果可靠。
In order to systematically study the method of production allocation in stratified gas production, the multi-objective optimization method of production allocation that can simultaneously consider multiple targets and multiple constraints is applied to stratified gas production. Combined with the actual situation in the Sebei gas field, it is considered that the flow of natural gas from the reservoir to the bottom of the well is a multi-pressure system (equivalent to multi-well production) and the flow from the bottom of the well to the wellhead is a single-pressure system (Equivalent to single-well production), a multi-objective optimization model was established with the maximum gas production rate, the longest stable production period, and the largest output in steady production period. A model solving method was also given. The application example shows that the method of production allocation in multi-objective optimization model of stratified gas production is feasible and the result is reliable, though the process of solving the problem is complicated.
