目的了解广东省江门市布鲁氏菌病(布病)流行特征,为布病的防控工作提供参考依据。方法对江门市人间布病病例及布病监测点监测结果进行描述性分析。结果 2007-2015年江门市共报告人间布病病例121例,无死亡病例,年均发病率为0.30/10万,总体呈上升趋势(χ~2=136.94,P<0.001)。江门市累计病例最多的3个区(县)分别是新会区(46例)、蓬江区(21例)和鹤山市(18例),3个区(县)病例数占全市总病例数的70.25%;121例布病病例中,男性占66.12%,女性占33.89%;年龄以40~59岁人群为主,占总病例数的50.41%;最高发病的职业为农民,占总病例数的32.23%。2011-2015年报告的115例病例中,从发病-诊断间隔中位数为39 d;2012-2015年职业人群血清学累计监测825例,累计阳性率为0.73%。结论江门市人间布鲁氏菌病疫情上升趋势明显,需进一步落实监测任务,加强综合防治。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis (brucellosis) in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, and provide reference for the prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods A descriptive analysis of the surveillance results of human brucellosis and brucellosis in Jiangmen was conducted. Results A total of 121 cases of human brucellosis were reported from 2007 to 2015 in Jiangmen City, with no deaths. The average annual incidence was 0.30 / 100 000, with an overall upward trend (χ ~ 2 = 136.94, P <0.001). The three districts (counties) with the most cumulative cases in Jiangmen City are Xinhui District (46 cases), Pengjiang District (21 cases) and Heshan City (18 cases), respectively. From 2012 to 2015, a total of 825 cases were serologically observed in the occupational population, with a cumulative positive rate of 0.73%. Conclusion The epidemic situation of human brucellosis in Jiangmen City is obviously rising. It is necessary to further implement the monitoring tasks and strengthen the comprehensive prevention and treatment.
