随着智慧旅游概念的推广,游客体验已成为评价景区建设的一大关键要素。本文基于庐山智慧旅游发展现状,分别从差异化和智慧化两方面,具体阐述产品差异化,营销差异化,服务智慧化和管理智慧化的对策,进而提炼出智慧旅游的完善意见,深化智慧旅游在景区中的应用,丰富游客体验,从而促进景区经济建设的进一步提高。 With the promotion of the concept of smart tourism, the tourist experience has become a key element in the evaluation of scenic spots. Based on the present situation of Lushan Wisdom Tourism, this article elaborates the countermeasures of product differentiation, marketing differentiation, service intelligence and management intelligence from two aspects of differentiation and intelligence respectively, so as to further improve the wisdom of tourism and deepen the wisdom of tourism Application in the scenic area, rich tourist experience, so as to promote the further improvement of scenic economic construction.
