目的建立毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定月饼中中苯甲酸、山梨酸、丙酸钙及脱氢乙酸的分析方法。方法样品经石油醚去除脂肪,乙醚提取;丙酮溶解定容,经毛细管柱(BP-21)分离后,用气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器(FID)采用标准曲线法对4种防腐剂进行定量分析。结果 4种防腐剂在BP-21毛细管柱上完全分离,线性方程相关系数r>0.999,检出限0.67 mg/kg~0.79 mg/kg。在5个加标浓度水平下,回收率为91.2%~96.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~2.9%。结论该方法前处理简单、结果准确,能够快速、准确地检测月饼中苯甲酸、山梨酸、丙酸钙及脱氢乙酸。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, calcium propionate and dehydroacetic acid in moon cake by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with petroleum ether and extracted with diethyl ether. After acetone was dissolved in acetone, the samples were separated by capillary column (BP-21), and the four preservatives were quantified by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (FID) analysis. Results The four preservatives were completely separated on BP-21 capillary column. The correlation coefficient of linear equation was> 0.999, and the detection limit was 0.67 mg / kg ~ 0.79 mg / kg. The recoveries ranged from 91.2% to 96.0% at five spiked levels, and the relative standard deviations (n = 6) ranged from 1.6% to 2.9%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate in the pretreatment. It can detect benzoic acid, sorbic acid, calcium propionate and dehydroacetic acid quickly and accurately.
