为了研究八角属植物粗提物及从披针叶茴香中分离得到的5个单萜类化合物的抗菌活性,试验采用纸片法对八角属几种植物果实与叶子的35种粗提物进行抗菌活性研究,采用倍比稀释法对从披针叶茴香中分离得到的5个单萜类化合物进行抗菌活性筛选。结果表明:八角属几种植物粗提物对枯草芽孢杆菌都有不同程度的抑制作用,八角茴香果实和披针叶茴香果实的总提取物、乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位、野八角果实和叶子及披针叶茴香叶子的乙酸乙酯部位对枯草芽孢杆菌显示了显著的抑制生长作用,其抑菌圈直径都在11.40 mm以上;所有的粗提物样品对大肠杆菌均无抑制作用。5个单萜类化合物对大肠杆菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌都有不同程度的抑制生长作用,MIC值均在2.00 mg/m L以下。说明八角属植物粗提物和5个单萜类化合物都具有一定的抗菌活性。
In order to study the antibacterial activity of the extracts from the plant and the five monoterpenes isolated from the leaves of fenugreek leaves, 35 kinds of crude extracts from fruits and leaves of the plants of the genus Star Anise Activity studies, the use of multiples dilution method from the fennel fennel fenitrothion compounds isolated five antibacterial activity screening. All the crude extracts showed no inhibitory effect on E. coli. Five monoterpenoids inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis to a certain extent, the MIC values were below 2.00 mg / m L. The results showed that the extracts of the plant and the five monoterpenes had certain antibacterial activity.
