目的探讨肥胖小儿埋藏型阴茎的外科治疗方法.方法回顾性总结我院1999年12月～2005年以来收治的87例肥胖小儿埋藏型阴茎病例,均采用阴茎脱鞘、阴茎根部皮肤真皮层于耻骨前筋膜及对应阴茎体白膜层固定缝合的方法治疗.结果87例患儿均取得较为满意的疗效.结论对于肥胖小儿埋藏型阴茎采用上述手术方法,治疗方法简单,术后阴茎外观好.
