利用激光处理的强化磨耗板,表面硬度可达HRC65以上,硬化深度为0.7mm,耐磨性提高了三倍,成品率达100%。扫描电镜结果表明,硬化层为超细化马氏体,与基体之间有良好组织结构的过渡层,说明激光强化处理是提高车辆磨耗板使用寿命的有效途径。
The use of laser-enhanced wear plate, the surface hardness of up to HRC65, hardening depth of 0.7mm, increased wear resistance tripled, the finished product rate of 100%. Scanning electron microscopy results show that the hardened layer is a superfine martensite with a good transition structure between the substrate and the substrate, indicating that laser strengthening treatment is an effective way to improve the service life of wear plates of vehicles.
