目的:探讨光动力疗法治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:36例女性患者局部消毒,用涂有20%的盐酸氨基酮戊酸溶液的棉球覆盖于疣体表面,用保险膜覆盖,3小时后给予635nm半导体激光治疗仪照射,每个光斑照射时间20-30min,每周重复上述治疗一次,3次为一个疗程。结果:36例尖锐湿疣患者,经过3次治疗后,病灶完全清除率为100%,随访6个月,3例病人复发,复发率为8.3%。结论:光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣具有安全、有效、副作用小、复发率低等优势,是治疗尖锐湿疣的一种新方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy for female genital warts. Methods: Thirty-six female patients were partially disinfected and covered with a tampon with a cotton ball coated with 20% aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride solution. After 3 hours, they were irradiated with a 635 nm semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus and each spot was irradiated Time 20-30min, repeat the treatment once a week, 3 times for a course of treatment. Results: In 36 patients with condyloma acuminatum, after 3 treatments, the complete clearance rate of the lesions was 100%, followed up for 6 months. The recurrence rate was 8.3% in 3 patients. Conclusion: Photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum is safe, effective, with little side effects and low recurrence rate. It is a new method for the treatment of genital warts.
