以某实际项目新式十八辊轧机的辊系为研究对象,利用大型非线性有限元软件MARC,建立了辊系有限元分析模型,该模型考虑了轧件的弹塑性变形和轧辊的弹性变形,实现了轧件与轧辊的耦合分析;计算出辊系的变形大小;分析了不同辊系配置参数对工作辊变形的影响;针对该十八辊轧机总结出辊系合理配置的一些规律,在现实生产中对十八辊轧机辊系的调整具有一定的指导意义,同时也可作为其他多辊轧机辊系配置的参考。
Taking a practical project of the new 18-roller mill as the research object, a finite element analysis model of the roller system was established by using the large-scale nonlinear finite element software MARC.
