After the September 18 Incident, Japan rapidly occupied the northeast of our country. After the establishment of the puppet Manchuria State, mineral resources in Liaoning Province became the focus of Japan’s economic plunder. In particular, following the Lugouqiao Incident, Japan pursued an economic plunder policy of “fighting war” and used the Liaoning region as a supply of war resources, plundering to meet the needs of its war of aggression. Japan’s plundering of mineral resources in Liaoning Province is exhausted and its results recklessly result in many adverse effects on the local area. In particular, the damage to the ecological environment can not be ignored or even affected so far. Therefore, from the perspective of ecological environment, this paper explores Japan’s plundering of Liaoning’s mineral resources in the Manchukuo period.
