探讨雷公藤甲素在治疗哮喘中对外周血 T淋巴细胞的影响机制 ,采用免疫细胞化学方法检测 30例豚鼠外周血淋巴细胞 CD+ 4 、 CD+ 8的表达。实验动物分为对照组、哮喘组和雷公藤甲素治疗组 (治疗组 ) ,每组各 1 0只。结果表明 ,治疗组CD+ 4 淋巴细胞表达阳性率及表达强度明显低于哮喘组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,CD+ 8阳性率高于哮喘组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与对照组比较差异无显著性。本研究认为 ,雷公藤甲素可能通过增高哮喘豚鼠 CD+ 8淋巴细胞 ,降低 CD+ 4 淋巴细胞来发挥抗哮喘气道炎症作用。
To investigate the mechanism of triptolide on peripheral blood T lymphocytes in asthma, and to detect the expression of CD + 4 and CD + 8 on peripheral blood lymphocytes of 30 guinea pigs by immunocytochemistry. The experimental animals were divided into control group, asthma group and triptolide treatment group (treatment group), 10 in each group. The results showed that the positive rate and the expression intensity of CD + 4 lymphocytes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the asthma group (P <0.01). The positive rate of CD + 8 in the treatment group was higher than that in the asthma group (P <0.05) No significant difference. This study suggests that triptolide may play an anti-asthmatic airway inflammation role by increasing CD + 8 lymphocytes and reducing CD + 4 lymphocytes in asthmatic guinea pigs.
