目的:建立杜仲补天素片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HypersilODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸(11:89)为流动相;检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:芍药苷在0.02352~0.21168μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.06%(RSD=1.43%)。结论:本方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于杜仲补天素片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in the film of Eucommia. METHODS: Hypersil ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (11:89) were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Paeoniflorin had a good linearity (r = 1.0000) between the injection volume of 0.02352 and 0.21168 μg and the peak area. The average recovery was 98.06% (RSD = 1.43%). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Bu Tian tablets.
