通过班企合作项目高职院校相近专业实现教学融合——以潮汕职业技术学院为例

高职院校电商技术教研室所设立的美工专业与推广专业,是实践性比较强的教学教研项目,三年来主要针对市场需求培养电商美工、电商推广两种专业人才,面向岗位如营销型设计师、营销型网店美工、创新型网店推广、创新型推广客服、品牌创新型运营等,协助解决本地及珠三角电商人才紧缺的问题。教研室通过班企合作引入企业实战项目,培养学生团队协作能力;通过美工与推广专业实现教学融合,培养学生在工作中互相配合的能力,有效提高以后的工作效率。作为亮点特色的教学模式,更有助于学校招纳新生、留住学生,通过教学创新提高就业率,引导学生善用自己的技能特长、地方特色等有效周边资源,鼓励部分学生团队实现在校创业,通过创业带动就业,响应李克强总理提出的“大众创业、万众创新”。 Vocational and technical colleges and universities set up the Department of Electrical Engineering professional and professional promotion, is a practical teaching and research project is relatively strong, three years mainly for the market demand to cultivate the electricity supplier of art, electricity providers to promote the two professionals, such as jobs for marketing Designers, marketing shop art, innovative online shop promotion, innovative customer service promotion, brand innovative operation, to help solve the shortage of local and the Pearl River Delta talented business professionals.
