结合黄延高速就地热再生施工工程,对原有路面面层AC-13型沥青混合料进行就地热再生配合比设计。通过室内试验确定混合料中再生剂掺配比例,并采用马歇尔试验进行再生混合料的性能验证。从试验结果表明室内配合比设计的AC-13型沥青混合料的抗水损害性能、高温稳定性能均满足技术要求,可作为黄延高速公路路面养护工程沥青路面AC-13型路面配合比施工的依据。
Combined with Huangyan high-speed on-site thermal recycling construction project, the on-site thermal recycling mix design of the original pavement AC-13 asphalt mixture was designed. Through laboratory experiments, the proportion of regenerant in the mixture was determined, and the performance of the regenerated mixture was verified by Marshall test. The test results show that the AC-13 asphalt mixture designed by the indoor mixing ratio has the properties of water resistance and high temperature stability meeting the technical requirements, and can be used as the AC-13 asphalt mixture pavement construction maintenance for the pavement maintenance project of Huangyan Expressway in accordance with.
