近年来,北上广深这四个一线城市中,独有广州市房地产市场比较平稳。以珠江新城为圆心,向外扩散,均价从4万元到l万元每平方米逐渐降低,完全符合大城市级差地租现象。有人说,广州房价低,不像一线城市,主张放开限制,让它涨;有人说,广深价差大过双城实力和地位差距,所以,涨价压力大过去库存压力,主张继续限。笔者认为,房地产市场还是平稳好,不能炒,更不能放任甚至怂恿炒。
In recent years, north to Guangzhou-Shenzhen four first-tier cities, the only real estate market in Guangzhou relatively stable.
