小儿下呼吸道感染是我国小儿常见病,也是我国5岁以下儿童死亡的第一位原因。1996年1月～1998年8月,我们对收治的310例下呼吸道感染患儿进行病原学及药敏检测。现报告如下。1　资料与方法1.1　临床资料　310例下呼吸道感染住院患儿,均符合《实用儿科学》第6版的小儿下呼吸道感染 Children with lower respiratory tract infection is a common disease in children in our country, but also the first cause of death of children under 5 years old in our country.
