当前我国的教育资源普遍分配不均,少数民族地区经济不发达,教育资源匮乏,造成少数民族地区教育落后。而高中数学作为理论性较强的学科,需要不断对学生思维进行训练和培养,构建高效课堂教学策略,尊重学生,塑造人格,持之以恒。针对少数民族地区高中数学后进生的成因,将主观和客观因素来加以分析,采取适当的转化策略。
At present, the educational resources in our country are generally distributed unevenly, the underdeveloped areas inhabited by ethnic minorities and the lack of educational resources have resulted in backward education in ethnic minority areas. As a theoretical discipline, high school mathematics needs to constantly train and train students’ thinking, construct efficient classroom teaching strategies, respect students, shape personality and persevere. Aiming at the causes of post-graduation math in minority areas, subjective and objective factors are analyzed to adopt appropriate transformation strategies.
