为了探讨巨峰葡萄优质丰产栽培的理论依据,对其果实生长发育及品质形成的生物学基础进行了研究。经观察巨峰葡萄浆果的生长进程可划分为3个时期,即盛花后1至37d、38-60d和61-91d。新梢生长势强,可促进鲜果重和体积的增加,对可溶性固形物和酸含量的影响较小。在第Ⅰ期,浆果的细胞分裂与膨大同时进行,此期末以后,浆果的增大完全由细胞膨大所致。通径分析结果表明,浆果内种子重对浆果鲜重起决定作用,而种子数主要通过种子重对浆果鲜重起较大的正相间接影响。
In order to explore the theoretical basis of high-yielding cultivation of Kyoho grapes, the biological basis of its fruit growth and quality formation was studied. The observed growth process of grape berries Kyoho can be divided into three periods, namely, after full bloom 1 to 37d, 38-60d and 61-91d. Shoot growth potential is strong, can promote the weight and volume of fresh fruit increases, the impact on soluble solids and acid content is small. In the first phase, berry cell division and enlargement at the same time, after the end of this period, the increase of berry completely due to cell swelling. The results of path analysis showed that the seed weight in berries played a decisive role in the fresh weight of the berries, while the seed number indirectly affected the fresh weight of the berries mainly by the seed weight.
