TDI CCD视频响应性能的高精度检测

TDI CCD主要应用于空间遥感和科学实验中,为了解决TDI CCD性能检测过程中精度不够高、检测方法不够准确等问题,提出了一套更为科学而准确的高精度TDI CCD性能检测方法。首先,增加TDI CCD视频信号的增益可调范围和视频AD的量化位数,尽可能高地提取出TDI CCD的噪声;其次,改变TDI CCD接收的辐照度,制定TDI CCD各项视频响应性能的检测方法;最后,提出TDI CCD各项视频响应的准确计算方法,确定测量不确定度。实验结果表明:和以前测量方法相比,暗电流信号和CCD噪声的测量不确定度减小了10倍,其他视频响应性能的不确定度也减小了5倍多,因此,现有测量方法提高了TDI CCD视频响应的检测精度和准确性。 TDI CCD is mainly used in space remote sensing and scientific experiments. In order to solve the problems that the accuracy of TDI CCD performance detection process is not high enough and the detection method is not accurate enough, a more scientific and accurate TDI CCD performance detection method is proposed. First of all, increasing the adjustable range of the TDI CCD video signal and the quantization bits of the video AD to extract the noise of the TDI CCD as high as possible; secondly, changing the irradiance received by the TDI CCD to make various video response performances of the TDI CCD Finally, the accurate calculation method of each video response of TDI CCD is proposed to determine the measurement uncertainty. The experimental results show that compared with the previous measurement methods, the measurement uncertainty of dark current signal and CCD noise is reduced by 10 times and the uncertainty of other video responses is also reduced by more than 5 times.
