采用复合共聚生产工艺 ,以Fe2 (SO4 ) 3、H2 SO4 和Na2 SiO3 为原料 ,制备聚合硅酸硫酸铁(PFSS)混凝剂。采用正交试验方法 ,研究了Fe3+/SiO2 摩尔比、pH、加药量对混凝效果的影响 ,与聚合氯化铝 (PAC)对比试验结果表明 :PFSS比PAC具有更好的去浊的效果。
The composite co-polymerization process was used to prepare PFSS coagulant with Fe2 (SO4) 3, H2SO4 and Na2SiO3 as raw materials. The effects of Fe3 + / SiO2 molar ratio, pH and dosing amount on the coagulation efficiency were studied by orthogonal test. The results of the comparison with PAC show that PFSS has a better turbidity removal effect than PAC .
