目的:医院要想全面提升可持续发展的运行效率、服务水平和核心能力。方法:建立一套科学、系统、客观、实用的绩效分配体系和绩效管理体系。结果:引导全院干部职工不断改进自己的服务行为,推动医院向科学化、技术化以及人文化的方向发展,朝着可持续发展的方向迈进。结论:提高了医院综合管理水平,提升了医院可持续发展。
Purpose: The hospital wants to comprehensively promote the operational efficiency, service level and core competence of sustainable development. Methods: To establish a set of scientific, systematic, objective and practical performance allocation system and performance management system. Results: Guiding cadres and workers in the hospital to constantly improve their service behavior, promoting the development of the hospital in a scientific, technical and cultural direction and moving towards sustainable development. Conclusion: The overall hospital management level has been raised and the hospital’s sustainable development has been enhanced.
