20 0 1年至 2 0 0 2年间 ,儿童电影《哈里·波特》和动画片《千与千寻》分别取得票房佳绩 ,且《千与千寻》还获得 5 2届柏林国际电影节金熊奖。本文以这两部作品为代表 ,通过对影片的“成长”主题、商业运作与独立制作、舆论与评介等多方位立体式分析 ,力图对儿童电影在全球范围内取得高票房收入的现象加以阐述 ,进一步论证大众文化的多样性。即 ,在这种票房奇迹的背后 ,是大众文化与精英文化的交锋和相互渗透 ,是成年人的怀旧情结在支撑 ,是“9·11”等恐怖事件带给全世界人民的震撼恐慌并随之引起反思 ,是儿童形象的边缘化设定被大众媒体又一次“侵犯”和“剥削”。
