对４７只豚鼠９４只眼以紫外线照射６～８个月后形成豚鼠白内障动物模型。随机取７只接受紫外线照射眼的晶体作光镜、电镜检查，证实了晶体纤维呈明显肿胀、纤维间隙明显增宽等的病理改变。 A total of 47 guinea pigs were exposed to ultraviolet light for 6-8 months to form cataract model in guinea pigs. Seven randomly selected crystals exposed to UV light were examined by light microscopy and electron microscopy. The pathological changes of the crystal fibers were clearly swollen and the fiber interspaces were obviously widened.
