Objective To study the relationship between cerebral infarction dyslipidemia and hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the result of blood lipid test, 50 cases in each group. The observation group patients with normal blood lipids, the control group patients with dyslipidemia, compared with two high homocysteine incidence. Results By comparative analysis, the incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (51.00% in the observation group and 86.21% in the control group), with significant difference between the two groups P <0.05). The recurrence rate of acute cerebral infarction in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group. The recurrence rate was 73.11% in the control group and 33.00% in the observation group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with acute cerebral infarction dyslipidemia is significantly increased, and the risk of recurrent acute cerebral infarction is significantly increased. Therefore, for patients with acute cerebral infarction dyslipidemia, should actively prevent and treat high homocysteine in the occurrence and development.
