采用分子流行病学的方法 ,研究吸烟人群细胞色素 P450 1 A1基因 (CYP1 A1 )和谷胱甘肽 - S-转移酶 M1基因 (GST M1 )的多态性特征 .吸烟人群与同性别及同年龄 (年龄 <2周岁 )健康人群一对一配对 .提取血液基因组 DNA. PCR扩增 CYP 1 A1Exon7位点片段和 GST M1部分片段 .限制性酶切片段长度多态性 (RELP)分析 P450 1 A1片段和GST M1片段多态性特点 .结果显示吸烟组人群中CYP 1 A1 Exon 7Val/Val型 (mm型 )人群数增高 ,并有统计学差异 .吸烟组人群中 :GST M1缺失人群数略有升高 ;CYP1 A1 wm型人群数略有升高 ;CYP 1 A1 wm型 +mm型人群数略有升高 ,但这些变化均无统计学意义
The molecular epidemiological method was used to study the polymorphism of CYP1 A1 and GST M1 genes in smoking population.The smoking population was Genomic DNA was extracted from healthy volunteers by one to one cohort of healthy individuals (age <2 years old) .Plasma CYP 1 A1Exon7 fragment and GST M1 fragment were amplified by PCR. Analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphism (RELP) P450 1 A1 The results showed that the population of CYP 1 A1 Exon 7 Val / Val type (mm type) in smoking group was significantly higher than that in smoking group, and the difference was statistically significant among smokers: GST M1 deletion population was slightly ; CYP1 A1 wm type slightly increased the number of population; CYP 1 A1 wm + mm type population increased slightly, but these changes were not statistically significant
