目的:建立测定知母中3种黄酮类成分含量的一测多评法。方法:采用HPLC法,以芒果苷为对照品,同时测定新芒果苷和异芒果苷的相对校正因子,建立一测多评的方法,并将该方法应用于不同主产区春知母饮片质量的评价。结果:“一测多评法”和“外标法”测定结果无明显差异,各相对校正因子准确度、重现性良好。两个主产区春知母饮片的新芒果苷和芒果苷含量存在显著性差异(P<0.01),且河北安国的春知母饮片质量总体上高于安徽亳州。结论:一测多评法的适用性和可行性在知母3种黄酮类成分的含量测定中得到了较好的验证,可用于知母的质量评价。
Objective: To establish a multi-evaluation method for the determination of three flavonoids in Anemarrhena asphodeloides. Methods: The HPLC method was used to determine the relative calibration factors of mangiferin and mangiferin, and a method for multiple evaluation of mangiferin was established. The method was applied to the quality of Chunchezhu evaluation of. Results: There was no significant difference between the results of “a multiple evaluation method” and “external standard method”, and all the relative correction factors were accurate and reproducible. There were significant differences in the contents of mangiferin and mangiferin among the two main producing areas of Chunzhimu Pieces (P <0.01). The quality of Chunchu mother pieces in Anguo of Hebei Province was generally higher than that of Bozhou, Anhui Province. CONCLUSION: The applicability and feasibility of the multiple test method for multiple assessment are well validated in the determination of three flavonoid components of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, which can be used to evaluate the quality of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.
