目的探讨在抚触室中进行智护训练同时配合游泳对婴儿早期生长发育及家属满意度的影响。方法选取2013年1月-2014年10月在该院抚触室做智护配合游泳和单纯游泳的新生儿3 866例为研究对象,其中智护配合游泳婴儿1 823例为研究组,单纯沐浴游泳婴儿920例为对照组,时间不定随时来院婴儿1 123例为随机组。在婴儿出生时、1个月、6个月时测量体格发育指标;采用Gesell发育量表测试3组婴儿在3个月、6个月时的大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、交往评分;发放满意度调查表并计算满意度。结果 3组婴儿在1个月、6个月时的体格发育指标及大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、交往评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组产妇及家属对智护训练配合游泳的护理模式的满意度明显高于对照组及随机组。结论在抚触室中进行智护训练同时配合游泳可促进婴儿早期生长发育,深得婴儿家属的满意,提高了护理工作效率,适于进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effects of training intellectual training on the infant infants’ early growth and satisfaction with their relatives while swimming in the touch room. Methods From January 2013 to October 2014, 3 866 newborn infants with intellectual swimming and pure swimming in the contact room of the hospital were enrolled in this study. Among them, 1,823 infants with intellectual assistance and swimming infants were selected as the study group, One hundred and twenty-three swimming infants were randomly divided into control group and random infants at random time. The physical development indexes were measured at infants’ birth, one month and six months. The Gesell developmental scale was used to test the big movement, fine motor, adaptability, language and interaction score of three groups of infants at 3 months and 6 months. ; Issue satisfaction survey and calculate satisfaction. Results There was significant difference in physical development index, physical activity index, fine motor ability, adaptability, language and interaction score between 1 month and 6 months in 3 groups of infants (P <0.01). The satisfaction degree of maternal and family members in nursing group and swimming nursing model in study group was significantly higher than that in control group and random group. Conclusions The intellectual training in the touching room and swimming at the same time can promote the early growth and development of babies. They are satisfied with their families and improve the efficiency of nursing work. They are suitable for further promotion and application.
