目的　了解中学生呼吸系统症状的影响因素 ,为有效预防呼吸系统疾病提供依据。方法　对 4所初中学校所有在校学生进行呼吸系统健康状况和家庭问卷调查 ,采用多元非条件Logistic回归模型就中学生呼吸系统症状的影响因素进行分析。结果　在对其他因素进行控制以后 ,污染区学校学生各种呼吸系统症状的出现均高于相对清洁区学校学生 ;室内空气污染因素中平时不开或很少开窗通风、家里使用地毯、饲养猫狗等宠物、与别人共用卧室、冬季取暖、家人有吸烟等因素对中学生呼吸系统不同症状的出现有一定的负面影响 ;同时 ,中学生呼吸系统症状与性别、年龄、母亲文化程度、家庭人均月收入有一定的统计学关联。结论　中学生呼吸系统症状受到多个因素的综合影响 ,室内外空气污染、儿童自身因素、家庭因素等均可能对其产生不利影响 Objective To understand the influencing factors of respiratory symptoms in high school students and provide basis for effective prevention of respiratory diseases. Methods Respiratory health status and family questionnaire were surveyed in all 4 junior high school students. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of respiratory symptoms in high school students. Results After other factors were controlled, the occurrence of various respiratory symptoms of students in polluted area was higher than that of students in relatively clean area. Indoor air pollution usually did not open or little windows were ventilated. Carpets were used at home and cats were kept Dogs and other pets, bedroom sharing with others, winter heating, family smoking and other factors have a certain negative impact on the appearance of different symptoms of the respiratory system in middle school students. Meanwhile, the respiratory symptoms and gender, age, mother’s education level, per capita monthly household income There is a certain statistical correlation. Conclusions The respiratory symptoms of middle school students are affected by the combination of many factors, such as indoor and outdoor air pollution, children’s own factors and family factors, etc.
