目的:探讨钼靶摄影及磁共振动态增强VIEWS扫描结合在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析120例经手术病理证实的早期乳腺癌患者钼靶摄影及磁共振动态增强VIEWS扫描的表现。结果:钼靶摄影检查对早期乳腺癌诊断的准确率为72.50%(87/120)。磁共振检查对早期乳腺癌诊断的准确率为85.83%(103/120)。钼靶摄影与磁共振检查结合对早期乳腺癌诊断的准确性为95.83%(115/120)。结论:钼靶X线摄影及磁共振动态增强VIEWS扫描结合提高了早期乳腺癌诊断准确率。
Objective: To investigate the value of combining mammography and MRS enhanced VIEWS scanning in the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of pathologically proven early breast cancer patients with mammography and MRS enhanced enhanced VIEWS scan performance. Results: The accuracy of mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer was 72.50% (87/120). The accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of early breast cancer was 85.83% (103/120). The accuracy of mammography combined with magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of early breast cancer was 95.83% (115/120). Conclusion: The combination of mammography and MRS enhanced VIEWS scan can improve the diagnostic accuracy of early breast cancer.
