Son died of heart disease surgery in the hospital, a couple of Henan hospital medical malpractice on the grounds of the court. Three years later, the dispute over medical suits was just over. The famous capital hospital in the capital was sitting on the dock again and the “charges” they sued were actually “hegemony”. As a result, the Henan couple hospitalized their son’s body 30,000 yuan for the claim. Beijing Dongcheng District People’s Court formally accepted this rather “bizarre” “hegemony” case. What is the reason for the hospital “occupy” the dead for up to 3 years? After interviewing the case, the reporter found that many families who disagreed with their relatives’ causes of death refuse to deal with the corpses in order to retain the “evidence”. This led to disputes because of how such corpses should be dealt with in a vague state of legislation.
