民营企业要进一步提升绩效,提高竞争能力,就要尽快适应21世纪新经济模式的特点,将智力资本作为企业最重要的战略性资源,并依赖企业所拥有的智力资本与其他生产要素的有效结合来创造价值。本文选取2009年我国民营上市百强企业中在深、沪交易所上市的43家民营企业,选取2004～2008年相关面板数据,从智力增值系数(VAIC)角度对民营企业绩效影响进行实证研究。
To further enhance performance and improve competitiveness, private enterprises should adapt to the characteristics of the new economic model in the 21st century as soon as possible, using intellectual capital as their most important strategic resource and relying on the effective combination of intellectual capital owned by enterprises and other factors of production To create value. This article selects 43 private-owned enterprises listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2009, and selects the related panel data from 2004 to 2008, and conducts an empirical research on the impact of the private-owned enterprises’ performance from the perspective of the Value Added Value (VAIC).
