前言随着社会主义建设事业的发展与三线建设的需要,生产中提出了大量的工程地质与岩体力学方面的课题。由于以往的岩石力学方法不能快速的满足生产中提出的问题,有时为了弄清工程地质情况,需要大量的投资与几年的勘测时间,因此对大量中小型工程提出的问题,无法给予定量的评价,形成勘测设计落后于生产需要的矛盾。故在工程地质与岩体力学领域内,迫切需要不断引进先进的科学技术,以促进这门学科的发展。
