目的探讨金银花提取物对化合物48/80、组胺及P物质诱导的小鼠瘙痒模型的作用。方法采用0.3、0.8、2.4 g/kg 3个不同剂量的金银花提取物将小鼠灌胃给药1 h后,分别皮内注射致痒物质化合物48/80、组胺和P物质,随后将小鼠置于观察笼内,用摄像仪记录1 h内小鼠的行为。结果金银花提取物可呈剂量依赖性的抑制P物质诱导的小鼠瘙痒,而对化合物48/80和组胺诱导的小鼠瘙痒没有明显的抑制作用。结论金银花提取物对P物质诱导的小鼠模型有明显的抗瘙痒作用,其抗瘙痒活性主要作用部位为角质形成细胞,而非肥大细胞。
Objective To investigate the effects of extracts of honeysuckle on the pruritus models induced by compound 48/80, histamine and substance P in mice. Methods Three different doses of 0.3, 0.8 and 2.4 g / kg of honeysuckle extract were administered intragastrically to mice for 1 h, then injected intradermally with pruritic substance compounds 48/80, histamine and substance P respectively, followed by small Rats were placed in observation cages and the behavior of mice within 1 h was recorded with a camera. Results Honeysuckle extract inhibited the pruritus of mice induced by substance P in a dose-dependent manner, but had no obvious inhibitory effect on the pruritus of mice induced by compound 48/80 and histamine. Conclusion Honeysuckle extract has significant anti-pruritus effect on substance-induced mouse model, and its main anti-itch activity is keratinocyte but not mast cells.
