软可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术是一种基于个人计算机(PC)的新型控制技术。文中提出了将软PLC技术应用于智能保护测控装置的实现方案,并提出了可行的系统架构,不仅实现了智能保护测控装置逻辑的在线编程和在线仿真,同时也实现了装置参数的在线组态。通过应用软PLC技术,提高了智能保护测控装置的逻辑实施正确性、可靠性和工程应用灵活性,缩短了智能保护测控装置的开发周期。
Soft programmable logic controller (PLC) technology is a new PC-based control technology. In this paper, we put forward the scheme of applying soft PLC technology to the intelligent protection and monitoring device and put forward the feasible system architecture. This not only realizes the online programming and online simulation of the intelligent protection and monitoring device logic, but also realizes the online configuration of the device parameters . By applying the soft PLC technology, the logic implementation accuracy, reliability and engineering application flexibility of the intelligent protection and monitoring device are improved, and the development cycle of the intelligent protection and monitoring device is shortened.
