目的:探讨Hartmann手术在大肠癌并急性结肠梗阻中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院1985年1月～2005年12月23例大肠癌并急性结肠梗阻临床资料。结果:发生切口感染3例,腹腔脓肿1例,造口坏死并发脓毒血症,多脏器功能衰竭死亡1例,自动出院2例,顺利出院20例;2～4月后二期闭瘘6例。结论:Hartmann手术是一种安全、有效的术式,也为二期手术创造了有利条件。
Objective: To investigate the value of Hartmann’s surgery in colorectal cancer with acute colonic obstruction. Methods: The clinical data of 23 cases of colorectal carcinoma with acute colonic obstruction in our hospital from January 1985 to December 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 3 cases of incisional infection, 1 case of abdominal abscess, 1 case of stoma necrosis with sepsis, 1 case of multiple organ failure, 2 cases of spontaneous discharge, 20 cases of successful discharge and 2 cases of stage 2 fistula 6 cases. Conclusion: Hartmann operation is a safe and effective surgical procedure, which also creates favorable conditions for stage II operation.
