试样加盐酸溶解、硝酸氧化破坏碳化物后,加入过量氢氧化钠使铁离子沉淀过滤,滤液在过量EDTA存在下,加热煮沸,使铝和其他阳离子全部和EDTA络合,在六次甲基四胺溶液介质中,以二甲酚橙溶液为指示剂,用锌标液滴定过量的EDTA。以氟化钾络合EDTA-AL中的铝,释放出相当于铝量的EDTA,以锌标准溶液滴定,求得铝含量,方法准确,测定范围:1.0~12.0%。
