初中时期作为青少年成长的一个重要过渡时期,是元认知形成的关键时期。在语文教学中有意识的训练学生的元认知能力,能够提高学生的语文学习能力。语文中的阅读理解需要学生有良好的认知能力,而良好的认知能力又建立在元认知的基础上。所以教师要将元认知阅读策略的训练加入阅读中,以此帮助学生掌握元认知策略,进而形成元认知能力。
Junior high school as an important transitional period for the growth of adolescents is a crucial period for the formation of metacognition. Consciously training students ’metacognitive ability in Chinese teaching can improve students’ Chinese learning ability. Reading comprehension in Chinese requires students to have good cognitive skills, while good cognitive skills are based on metacognition. Therefore, teachers should read the metacognitive reading strategy training to help students master metacognitive strategies, and thus form the metacognitive ability.
