本文尝试基于国内智库人才培养管理现状,思考和探讨智库人才素质需求及其培养路径,从而提出新型智库人才培养管理创新对策。建议国内智库通过改善人才结构、加大人力资本投入、培养管理运营人才、完善人才管理机制等途径,进一步激活智库内生动力并最大限度整合外部资源,有力提升智库人才市场化和专业化水平。
Based on the current status of domestic think tank personnel training and management, this paper tries to think about and explore the quality needs of the think tank and its training path, and then proposes a new type of think tank personnel training and management innovation countermeasures. It is suggested that domestic think tanks can further enhance the endogenous power of think tanks and maximize the integration of external resources by improving the structure of human resources, increasing input of human capital, training management personnel and improving talent management mechanism, so as to effectively enhance the marketization and specialization of intellectual personnel.
